About The Role
We are seeking a talented Flutter Developer to join our team on a temporary basis for a duration of four months. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to independently manage end-to-end mobile app development, from designing and implementing user interfaces to integrating backend services and APIs, culminating in delivering high-quality, production-ready applications. This role is suited for individuals who thrive in a startup environment, value ownership of their work, and are eager to learn and adapt quickly. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless app functionality and user experience, contributing directly to our core projects and client solutions.
Qualifications
The successful candidate should demonstrate hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, showcasing a solid understanding of mobile app architecture and development best practices. Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs, managing JSON data, and working with version control tools like Git is essential. Prior experience with Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, and Notifications will be advantageous. Candidates should also have experience deploying apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, along with the ability to work independently, complete features end-to-end, and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. A startup or solo project background will be considered a plus, reflecting adaptability and a proactive approach to development tasks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Android and iOS applications using Flutter, ensuring cross-platform compatibility and performance.
- Implement UI/UX designs accurately based on provided specifications, including Figma files and design guidelines.
- Integrate REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, and backend services to enable app functionalities.
- Manage app state, navigation, and optimize performance to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Identify and resolve bugs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the app functions reliably across devices.
- Prepare and publish app builds for deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store, adhering to platform guidelines.
- Collaborate with backend developers and other team members to ensure seamless integration and feature delivery.
- Take full ownership of assigned modules and features, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
