We’re hiring a SQL Developer in Noida, India — 100% Remote role

Note: This position requires working in US Pacific Time (PST) hours.

About The Role

Droisys is seeking an experienced SQL Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in designing, developing, and optimizing complex SQL queries, along with hands-on experience in SSIS, SSRS, and C#/.NET technologies. This role is pivotal in creating robust database solutions, data integration processes, and reporting systems that support our clients' business needs. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data operations and deliver high-quality reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including advanced knowledge of complex SQL queries, joins, subqueries, CTEs, and window functions. Proven expertise in query performance tuning and optimization is essential. Candidates should have experience developing SSIS packages for ETL processes and data integration, as well as creating, deploying, and maintaining SSRS reports and dashboards.

Solid programming experience in C# and .NET (Framework or .NET Core/.NET 6+) is required, along with a strong understanding of relational database concepts and normalization. Experience working with large and complex datasets, coupled with excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, is necessary to excel in this role. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.

Candidates should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in SQL development, ETL, and .NET technologies, demonstrating their ability to handle complex data projects and deliver reliable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions to support diverse business requirements.
• Optimize query performance through indexing, execution plan analysis, and tuning techniques to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
• Develop and manage SSIS packages for effective ETL processes, data extraction, transformation, and loading activities.
• Create, deploy, and maintain SSRS reports and dashboards to facilitate insightful data visualization and reporting.
• Collaborate with application teams to integrate database logic with C#/.NET applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Analyze large datasets to verify data accuracy, consistency, and performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in both production and development environments to maintain system stability.
• Participate in database design, schema creation, and data modeling to support scalable and efficient data architectures.
• Support data migration, transformation, and cleansing activities to ensure data integrity and quality.
• Document technical designs, processes, and data flows for future reference and knowledge sharing among team members.
