This occasionally leads to minor delays in information flow or approvals. Also, while I feel my role is secure now, the inherent volatility of the digital media industry means job security can feel less concrete compared to more established sectors, which is something to be aware of.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing more structured company-wide update sessions or a centralized communication platform to ensure everyone is aligned, especially given the remote nature of the workforce. Clearly outlining growth paths could also be beneficial for employee retention.
