Pros: I really appreciated the exposure to different technologies and complex problem-solving at Multitech. The team was fantastic – collaborative and always willing to help each other out. There were genuine chances to learn new skills and take on more responsibility as a software engineer. The company culture encourages knowledge sharing, which was great for my development in the IT sector.
Cons: My main feedback would be around the communication flow sometimes, especially between different departments or during urgent requests. Workload can get pretty heavy during peak project timelines, leading to some late nights. Also, the approval process for certain internal tools or resources could be a bit slow, which occasionally impacted efficiency. Improving these areas would really boost the overall employee experience.
Advice to Management: Focus on streamlining inter-departmental communication and project approval workflows. Consider implementing clearer escalation paths during critical project phases to manage workload expectations better. Recognizing and rewarding team efforts more explicitly during intense periods would also be beneficial.
