Cons: As a Security Analyst, you often deal with urgent issues, meaning long hours. Weekend work isn't rare, and it really impacts your personal time. Sometimes the expectation for quick turnarounds is too high for a proper work-life balance in the Noida office.
Advice to Management: Try to staff more for peak times to reduce burnout on the cybersecurity team. Set clearer boundaries on after-hours work.

Pros: They do offer a hybrid model which is a big plus, especially as a Cybersecurity Specialist. Being able to WFH some days really helps with the commute in New Delhi. It's good they recognize the value of some remote work in the IT security industry.
Cons: The 'flexibility' has strict limits though; it's a set hybrid schedule, not true flexibility. We can't really shift days or work ad-hoc remote if personal things pop up, which can be a real pain. Sometimes it feels like they don't fully trust us to manage our time.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more ad-hoc remote options and empowering teams to manage their own schedules more. Trust your employees to get the work done, regardless of being in the New Delhi office every single day for specific days.
