Pros: I really liked the startup vibe we had when I started in the San Jose office. As a Software Engineer working on drone technology, it was super collaborative. Everyone was down for team lunches, which built a good community feel.
Cons: The company culture is changing fast though. It's getting more corporate, and leadership isn't as transparent as before. It's tough to get clear answers, especially for new UAV software projects.
Advice to Management: Try to bring back the original collaborative spirit and improve communication from the top. Be more transparent with employees about company direction, especially for the core engineering teams.
