Pros: The best part here is definitely the people. My fellow Software Engineers are super supportive, and we have a solid team vibe in the San Francisco office. We often do happy hours, which helps morale and team bonding.
Cons: Leadership communication can be a mess, and it really hurts the company culture. Decisions feel top-down, and it sometimes feels like a very traditional corporate environment, not a modern tech one. This makes it tough to feel heard.
