Pros: You get some `hybrid` options, which is a big plus compared to a full `onsite` model. For `software development` roles, we can work from home a couple of days a week after project milestones. It's a `corporate` environment, so things are structured.
Cons: True `work flexibility` is still pretty limited here. Getting more `remote work` days approved beyond the standard `hybrid` schedule is tough. As a `Software Developer`, you're mostly expected in the `Bangalore office`.
Advice to Management: Consider giving more `remote work` autonomy to `developers` once they've proven themselves. Trust your teams to manage their time better, especially for `tech projects`.
