Pros: The team here is super supportive, which is great for learning the ropes as a Junior Software Engineer. We have a decent hybrid work model, letting us work remote some days from our Austin, TX office.
Cons: Career growth is really stagnant. There aren't many opportunities for promotion or even taking on bigger projects for software development roles. It feels like you're stuck at your level for a long time.
Advice to Management: Management needs to create clear progression paths for junior staff. Give us more chances to lead small features or get involved in cross-functional projects to boost career growth.
