Pros: As a Junior Product Manager, I've definitely learned a lot about agile development processes and working with engineering teams. The folks in the Austin, TX office are mostly really collaborative. It's a decent place to get started in the tech industry.
Cons: Career growth for product roles feels pretty stagnant after the first year or so. There aren't many clear paths to move up unless someone leaves, which is a common issue for a mid-size tech company. Promotions sometimes feel like they're more about tenure than actual performance.
