Pros: Job security is pretty solid here. We have a steady stream of clients, so there's always work. As a Software Engineer, I haven't worried about layoffs much. The project-based work actually keeps things interesting.
Cons: Sometimes, when a project ends, there's a bit of bench time. It can feel a little uncertain until you're assigned to the next client engagement. Career growth for developer roles isn't always clear.
Advice to Management: Keep focusing on clear communication regarding project pipelines. Try to minimize bench time for employees in the hybrid model. Invest more in internal training for new tech.
