Pros: I've been a Software Engineer here for a few years, and it's genuinely a great place to work in the tech industry. The team environment is super collaborative, and I always feel supported by my colleagues. There are many learning opportunities, especially with new technologies, which has been fantastic for my career development. The hybrid work model is a huge plus, offering good work-life balance and flexibility for us software developers.
Cons: Sometimes, the internal project approval processes can be a bit slow, which occasionally delays progress on new features. Also, while continuous learning is definitely encouraged, formal career progression paths aren't always super clear, making promotions feel a little less transparent at times. It's not a major issue, but it's an area that could use some improvement.
