History of Millenium Marbles: Our journey began in 1992 in Bangalore with an Indian Granite manufacturing plant. As the government policies opportunities arose we began trading of Imported Stones in the year 1998. After gaining experience we established our manufacturing operations in the year 2000 through our Silvassa factory. We provide quality material at the most reasonable price. We are the only company which has manufacturing plants in all the 3 major markets in India- Silvassa, Shoolagiri and Kishangarh.
We are one of the biggest natural stone importers in India with more than 300 varieties of stones. Our imports are from more than 15+ countries. Our monthly manufacturing capacity is 10 lakh sq.ft of Imported Stones per month.

Pros: The biggest plus has been the stability. Even during slower economic times, our shop in the fabrication industry always seemed to have projects lined up, offering good job security. The team I worked with was also great; we supported each other well, making the daily grind manageable. There's a strong sense of camaraderie, which really helps when you're working on the production floor. Learning the craft of stone fabrication was also a highlight.
Cons: While job security is good, career growth can feel a bit limited unless you're looking for management roles. Opportunities for advancement within the production team itself are not always clear. Communication on project timelines could sometimes be better to manage workload, especially during peak seasons. This role is physically demanding, and while expected, better ergonomic support or rotation could be beneficial.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing clearer pathways for skill development and advancement within the production teams. Improving communication regarding project schedules and workload expectations would also be very helpful for managing daily tasks and preventing burnout during busy periods. Investing in additional ergonomic aids could also support the physical demands of the job.
