Pros: I really appreciate the flexibility Triangular Dots offers, especially being a remote role. It's easy to manage personal appointments and maintain a healthy work-life balance. The team I work with as a Junior Data Analyst is super supportive and always willing to lend a hand, which made my onboarding into the data analytics field much smoother. The projects are generally interesting.
Cons: While flexibility is great, career growth feels a bit stagnant. It's not always clear what the path is for advancement, and sometimes approvals for new learning opportunities can be slow. Also, during peak project times, the workload can be quite intense, which occasionally impacts that work-life balance, but these periods are usually short-lived.
Advice to Management: Consider creating more defined career paths for junior roles and streamlining the approval process for professional development resources to better support employee growth and retention.
