From RMEXP – our scenario-based, emotionally intelligent LMS – to CaseManager, India’s first PoSH case management platform, we offer end-to-end solutions that cover learning, governance and real-world implementation. Recognised by the Ministry of Women & Child Development and trusted by 1000+ organisations across sectors, Rainmaker partners with CHROs, CLOs, GCs and business leaders to make culture and compliance a strategic advantage, not a burden.

Pros: The biggest win here is definitely the work-life balance and flexibility. As a remote employee in the consulting sector, I appreciated the trust placed in us to manage our own time. Opportunities for learning new skills on diverse projects were frequent, and colleagues were generally very supportive and collaborative. It’s a good environment for experienced professionals seeking autonomy.
Cons: While there's autonomy, project planning and resource allocation could be more robust. Sometimes, project scopes felt a bit undefined at the start, leading to some late nights. Compensation is competitive for the market, but perhaps not top-tier for the level of responsibility. Career progression feels a bit organic rather than structured.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing more standardized project kickoff processes and clearer long-term career pathing frameworks to enhance employee retention and satisfaction.
