Pros: The team I worked with as a Software Engineer was genuinely supportive. They really try to build a sense of camaraderie, even working remote from Denver. We had regular virtual team activities and they offer a pretty good stipend for home office setup.
Cons: Company culture feels a bit lacking beyond my immediate team. It's tough to feel connected to the bigger picture sometimes. Project deadlines can be really tight, which sometimes makes the work stressful and pushes work-life balance.
Advice to Management: Focus on more intentional company-wide culture building initiatives. Also, try to give teams more control over project timelines to prevent burnout for those in the IT consulting space.

Pros: They do offer a hybrid work model, which is nice. As a Software Engineer, I could work remotely a few days a week. It helps with personal appointments.
Cons: But it's not full remote, so you're still tied to the office. The core hours are pretty strict, which makes true work_flexibility tough. It's a mid-sized tech company, but sometimes feels less agile than expected.
Advice to Management: Try to truly embrace flexibility. More remote options would be huge for us. Review those strict core hours.
