Pros: The team is genuinely collaborative, especially among the developers. You get to work on cool stuff in hospitality tech, which is a growing industry. They're pretty solid with WFH options, which helps a lot.
Cons: The pace can be really demanding, and it's tough to keep up sometimes. Company culture feels a bit spread thin with so much remote work. There's not always a clear path for social connection or team-building outside of daily tasks.
Advice to Management: Try to find more ways to strengthen the company culture, especially for remote employees. Maybe more virtual events or clear guidelines on workload to prevent burnout for us developers.
