Cons: Sometimes it feels like those WFH days are expected, not truly flexible or adjustable. There's not much room for adjusting hours or extra remote days if something pops up last minute. Senior management sometimes pushes for more onsite presence, even when not strictly necessary for project collaboration.
Advice to Management: Really trust teams with their flexible working choices. Don't push for unnecessary onsite attendance when work can easily be done remotely. True flexibility goes beyond a set hybrid schedule.
