Kuubiik Agency is looking for an Account Manager with a strong marketing background and proven experience in agency environments (e.g., Ogilvy, Dentsu, Publicis, WPP, or similar). This role requires a client-focused strategist who can manage accounts, drive measurable results, and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute high-impact marketing campaigns within our flexible, by-the-hour agency model.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business goals and marketing needs.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, performance marketing) to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly and meet client expectations.
  • Performance & Reporting: Track campaign performance, provide insights, and suggest optimizations to improve results.
  • Upselling & Growth: Identify opportunities for additional services and solutions to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on expectations.


Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in an agency environment (Ogilvy, Dentsu, Publicis, or similar preferred).
  • Strong marketing background with a deep understanding of digital, social media, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (creative, media, strategy, and analytics).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and translate insights into recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience working with global brands or B2B clients.
  • Background in performance marketing or growth marketing.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana).
