About Our Client

We are currently representing one of our client within the hospitality sector. With focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Job Description

Overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve operational and financial goals.
Leading and mentoring department heads to maintain high standards across all areas.
Monitoring budget performance and controlling costs to maximise profitability.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborating with marketing teams to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and the local community.
Identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in hotel services.

The Successful Applicant

Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 10-15 years of luxury hospitality experience
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Hotel Manager, Resident Manager, or GM)
Proven track record in managing 5‑star or luxury hotels/resorts
Strong experience working with international hotel brands preferred
