As our digital media portfolio and campaign scales—particularly within our fast-growing FinTech and Cryptocurrency sectors (supporting major platforms like Tokocrypto)—our Personalisation team is looking for a data-driven Media Planner Intern.
In this role, you will get immediate, hands-on experience managing high-bandwidth digital campaigns, tracking media pacing, and developing performance reports for fast-moving client accounts. If you love fast-paced environments, have a strong affinity for numbers, and want to learn how data drives multi-channel performance marketing, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Media Planning & Strategy Support: Assist senior planners in drafting data-driven media plans, day-to-day budget allocations, and strategy decks across digital channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, X, etc.) tailored to aggressive client acquisition and trading growth targets.
- High-Volume Reporting & Monitoring: Clean, compile, and analyze daily and weekly campaign performance data. Actively monitor media spending to ensure campaigns are pacing correctly against the allocated budget.
- Data Analysis: Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities in performance metrics (e.g., CPA, CAC, ROI) to help the team maximize client business outcomes.
- Slide Deck & Presentation Support: Help build comprehensive, visually clear weekly/monthly performance reports and client-facing presentations in PowerPoint.
- Market Research: Keep a close eye on digital media trends, creative shifts on TikTok/Meta, and competitor moves specifically within the crypto, Web3, and broader FinTech landscape in Indonesia.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Fresh graduate or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university. Degrees in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or Marketing are highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced/Proficient in Microsoft Excel: Must be comfortable handling large data sets, using functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements, SUMIFS), and building Pivot Tables for fast reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint: Ability to structure a clean, logical narrative and translate raw performance metrics into visually appealing, easy-to-digest slides.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Prior academic or personal projects involving data analytics, data visualization, or performance tracking are a major plus.
- Platform Interest: A strong interest in or basic understanding of how paid media platforms operate (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager).
- Industry Passion: Interest in or familiarity with the FinTech, cryptocurrency, or digital investment landscape in Indonesia is a strong advantage.
- Soft Skills: Highly organized, proactive, resilient in a fast-paced environment, and capable of managing tight reporting deadlines. Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
