Support PIC Bookers other than Management, including login point bookers, flight & hotel ticket bookings, and settlement bookers.
Support document traffic requiring Management signatures, including receiving, recording, monitoring the process, and distributing documents once all signatures are completed.
Support events or event management activities related to Management.
Fresh graduate from related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Able to join immediately.
Willing to Work in Centennial Tower, South Jakarta.
