Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Real Estate Closing & Operations Coordinator to support our transactions across government and private bank portfolios. This role is critical in ensuring smooth closing processes, accurate data management, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate real estate closings for both government and private bank transactions.
- Liaise with internal teams, agents, lenders, and third parties to ensure timely and accurate closings.
- Input and maintain transaction data in internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Prepare and compile monthly marketing and performance reports.
- Submit property inspection reports and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Collect, verify, and organize documentation related to Cash for Keys agreements.
- Track deadlines and ensure compliance with all closing requirements.
- Maintain organized records and ensure all files are up to date.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate closings, transaction coordination, or similar role.
- Familiarity with government and private bank real estate processes is highly preferred.
- Strong data entry and reporting skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with property management or real estate software is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Cash for Keys processes.
- Background in property management or real estate operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
