About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact between Dealls / KantorKu and potential customers. As Sales Development Representative (SDR), your job is to find & qualify leads.

What You’ll Do

  • Source and build lead lists from multiple channels (LinkedIn, databases, communities, events, referrals, etc).
  • Contact inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Run pre-call qualification to understand prospect needs, budget, authority, and timing.
  • Score and qualify leads before handing them to the BD / AE team.
  • Schedule high-quality meetings and ensure prospects are well-prepared.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–2 years experience in sales, customer-facing, or outbound roles (fresh grads welcome).
  • Strong communication skills — confident on calls and WhatsApp.
  • Structured thinker; able to follow qualification frameworks.
  • Persistent, disciplined, and comfortable handling rejection.
  • Fast learner with high energy and ownership mindset.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.

Bonus Points

  • Experience as SDR, telesales, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or sales scripts.
  • Interest in B2B SaaS or tech sales.
