Responsibilities
About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact between
Dealls / KantorKu and potential customers. As
Sales Development Representative (SDR), your job is to find & qualify leads.
What You’ll Do
- Source and build lead lists from multiple channels (LinkedIn, databases, communities, events, referrals, etc).
- Contact inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
- Run pre-call qualification to understand prospect needs, budget, authority, and timing.
- Score and qualify leads before handing them to the BD / AE team.
- Schedule high-quality meetings and ensure prospects are well-prepared.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years experience in sales, customer-facing, or outbound roles (fresh grads welcome).
- Strong communication skills — confident on calls and WhatsApp.
- Structured thinker; able to follow qualification frameworks.
- Persistent, disciplined, and comfortable handling rejection.
- Fast learner with high energy and ownership mindset.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
Bonus Points
- Experience as SDR, telesales, or customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales scripts.
- Interest in B2B SaaS or tech sales.
