Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for a full cycle of Field Sales activities of IT Solutions
  • Prospecting and qualifying leads, leading customer meetings, closing the deals, and managing successful customer contracts.
  • Experience handling enterprise clients in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry is highly preferred.
  • Experience handling enterprise clients in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry is highly preferred.
  • Has an existing network and relationships with key stakeholders in banks, financial institutions, or payment service providers.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle for enterprise IT solutions, including solution selling, tender processes, procurement, and contract negotiation.
  • Maintaining Customer Relationship: Build new relationships with potential prospects, build a network of client and maintain good relationship with them
  • Represent the company as the first point of contact for new and existing customers. Understanding customers' need, collecting feedback for features improvement, and seeking opportunities for upselling
  • Negotiating Contract, Meet with Prospect or Customer to negotiate sales or supply agreements
  • Develop and execute a workable sales pipeline, maintaining a database of current and potential customers
  • Meet and exceed individual sales target

Requirement

  • Possess at least a tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or any other related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Have at least 1-2 years of working experience in Sales / Account Manager in IT Reseller or related to IT field in the networking, security, applications or unified. communication solutions industry.
  • Be self-motivated, willing to learn, result-oriented, independent with good attitude.
  • Capable in both speaking, listening and writing English.
  • Has strong knowledge about cybersecurity solution.
