We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Sales Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving company growth through effective sales strategies. This role requires a combination of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations, client visits, and negotiations to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and engineering teams to deliver customized solutions based on client needs.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and project reports.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to support business strategy.
- Ensure proper follow-up and after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, or business meetings.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Marketing, or Management).
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Persuasive and confident personality with a proactive approach.
- Valid driving license (SIM A/C) and willingness to travel.
- Familiarity with design software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) is a plus.
