Job Description

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
  • Maintain and update hiring trackers and dashboards to ensure accurate recruitment data
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Assist onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and communication
  • Organize and manage employee data and HR documentation
  • Support People Operations projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Monitor candidate pipeline and follow up on hiring progress
  • Provide administrative support for HR and People Operations activities

Job Requirements

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and people operations is a plus
