Assist in organizing, scheduling, and conducting training sessions and onboarding programs.Support the development of training materials (presentations, guides, e-learning content).Track attendance, feedback, and performance metrics from training sessions.Conduct research on learning trends, tools, and best practices.Assist with employee engagement activities related to learning and growth.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.Interest in employee development, training, etc.Highly motivated and a proactive learner.Creative mindset and interpersonal skills.Ability to give commands (verbal and written) in English.
