Starting in 2012, IT's Buah is a fruit and vegetable shop that has the spirit and belief that "Health is the Right of All Nations". As time goes on, IT's Buah has developed into a Corporate that supports a healthy living program, providing products in terms of products, education, and information about health.
Here is our mission achievement : #BerbagiSehat - We shared 15.580 bottles to support the children in need from our collaborating foundations #DukungPetaniLokal - We're using around 218.539 kg of fruits and vegetables from our local farmers #RamahLingkungan - Reusing 136.485 glasses bottles to minimize the plastic waste to save our planet

Pros: The best part is definitely the people I work with. My colleagues in the software development team are super supportive and knowledgeable. We collaborate well on challenging projects, which is great for learning. The hybrid work arrangement offered flexibility, making it easier to manage personal life alongside my responsibilities in the IT sector. The location in South Jakarta is also quite accessible.
Cons: While development is solid, the IT support operations seem to struggle with efficiency. Sometimes issues take longer to resolve than they should, and communication from leadership about project priorities or company direction can be vague. It feels like there's a disconnect between different departments which impacts overall workflow.
Advice to Management: Focus on improving cross-departmental communication and streamlining IT support processes. Clearer strategic direction would also help immensely for employee morale and project success.
