Pros: They actually do offer a decent hybrid model, which is nice for a big experiential marketing agency. As a Project Manager, I appreciated not having to be in the New York City office every single day. The company's pretty good about letting you WFH a couple of days a week if your client schedule allows it.
Cons: Still, don't expect full work-flexibility here. Even with the hybrid setup, hours can be tough, especially when there's a big brand experience launch event. Sometimes you're expected to be available late, which cuts into personal time, and it's not always consistent.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize expectations around 'off-hours' availability, especially for remote or hybrid employees. Better planning could reduce the need for last-minute late nights.
