Cons: True work flexibility isn't really there. The hybrid model is quite rigid, so you can't just pick your days or change much. There's not much room to adjust your schedule beyond the set WFH days, which makes it tough for personal appointments.
Advice to Management: Management should seriously look into offering more flexible options beyond the fixed hybrid setup. Giving employees more control over their schedules would improve morale and retention, especially for demanding fintech and digital lending roles.
