Pros: The base salary as a Recruiter here is pretty decent, especially for the staffing industry in Los Angeles. Commission structure is okay once you ramp up. There's potential to make good money if you hit your numbers.
Cons: Health benefits aren't super competitive compared to other companies. The 401k match is pretty small, honestly. PTO isn't as generous as I'd hoped for this onsite role.
Advice to Management: Consider improving the health insurance options and increasing the 401k match to retain talent. A better benefits package would really help in the competitive Los Angeles job market.
