Pros: Working at El Kabron Bali definitely gives you experience in a high-volume, premium venue. You learn a lot about fast-paced service in the hospitality industry. The onsite team in Uluwatu is pretty supportive too.
Cons: Career growth here is tough, especially for F&B Supervisor roles. There aren't many opportunities to move up, or even get clear promotion paths. It feels more like a place to gain experience than to build a long-term career.
Advice to Management: Management should really think about creating clearer career paths for employees. Maybe offer more training or development programs, especially for those in supervisor positions within the hospitality sector.
