Pros: The team in the Jakarta office was pretty solid and supportive, which helped on tough days. For an Account Manager, the base salary and benefits were decent compared to some other places. I also got to learn a lot about the e-procurement space.
Cons: Job security really isn't its strong suit here. There are frequent re-orgs and shifts in company strategy, especially for sales roles. It makes you constantly wonder about the long-term stability of your position. Leadership sometimes struggles to communicate a clear vision.
Advice to Management: Management needs to work on providing a clearer, more stable long-term vision. Consistent communication about the company's direction would go a long way. It would really help ease employee worries and boost confidence in our roles.
