Pros: The hybrid model is there, which is something. You get two WFH days a week, which helps with commuting. For an online learning platform, that's somewhat expected now.
Cons: The WFH days feel pretty structured, not truly flexible. You're still expected to be logged on during specific hours. As a Curriculum Developer, I wanted more control over my daily schedule. It's not a truly remote-friendly environment.
Advice to Management: Try to give more trust and autonomy to employees regarding their WFH schedules. Micro-managing defeats the purpose of flexibility.
