Pros: I appreciate the hybrid model; it's nice to have a couple WFH days a week. For us in digital marketing roles, that flexibility really helps with focus when we aren't tied to the Austin, TX office. It's good to avoid the daily commute some days.
Cons: It's not truly flexible though. You're expected in the office 3 days, no real wiggle room if you have appointments. Sometimes client deliverables mean late nights regardless of location, which kinda defeats the WFH perk. True work flexibility here is a bit rigid.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more true flexibility, perhaps 2-3 days in office with manager discretion or allowing more role-based WFH options for teams like digital marketing. A less rigid hybrid model would improve employee morale.
