The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Campus Recruiter who brings strong capability in planning and implementing the end-to-end attraction strategy in partnership with Recruitment Marketing, ownership of selection and onboarding process and the design and delivery of our internship programs.


Key Accountabilities:

What you’ll do:

Attraction & Recruitment Strategy

  • Lead end‑to‑end campus attraction and events strategy for three core internship programs, in partnership with Recruitment Marketing.
  • Deliver virtual, on‑campus, and in‑office events; partner with Diversity and regional campus teams on global attraction initiatives.
  • Act as SME for university relations and campus ambassadors; analyze outcomes and report insights to key stakeholders.

Selection, Process & Reporting

  • Advise hiring teams, manage recruiting working groups, and build strong campus talent pipelines.
  • Oversee event‑to‑application conversion, offer delivery, system accuracy, and compliance of interview processes.
  • Partner with HR to ensure effective onboarding and accurate hiring data.

Program & Stakeholder Management

  • Design and deliver internship programs; manage allocations, intern experience, performance reviews, and FT conversion.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers; support regional initiatives and budget planning.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Monitor graduate market trends and legislation; share best practices across regional and global campus teams.
  • Support team projects and ad‑hoc initiatives as needed.


Skills & Requirements:

  • Demonstrated front‑office market knowledge of the campus recruitment landscape.
  • Highly effective communicator, able to lead discussions and influence outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of, or interest in, the campus recruitment landscape, including program management and marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across levels.
  • Data‑driven, detail‑oriented, proactive, and highly service‑focused, with strong relationship‑building skills.
