The Role:

At AMS, we’re building teams that are curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work. We’re looking for a Campus Coordinator who enjoys learning and values teamwork.

If you’re good at administrative coordination, and excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Managing account specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system, and offer and onboarding.
  • Managing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including Recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (i.e., pre-employment screening vendor), and other account stakeholders.
  • Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes.
  • Management of day-to-day queries relating to their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary.
  • Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team.


Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience of atleast 1-2+ year mandatory in Recruitment, Early careers, Campus Hiring etc.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Strong team player mindset
  • Background in HR Operations, recruitment coordination, or similar admin-heavy roles
  • Amenable to report onsite 3 days a week at HK.
