Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide daily clerical support for the HR team.;
- Update and maintain personnel records.;
- Maintain staff personal files and central filing system;
- Prepare HR reports; and
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Form 5 or above;
- 1 year of relevant work experience (Fresh graduate is also welcome);
- A good team player, well-organized, attention to details, self-motivated, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines;
- Good computer skills, proficient in MS Office applications; and
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
