Responsibilities
- Provide one-stop quality human resources services to line management on recruitment, benefits administration and staff case management
- Perform business partner role to provide professional advice to line managers on manpower resourcing and staff deployment for ensuring smooth implementation of change programmes
- Support policy formulation, review and implementation to ensure statutory compliance and corporate governance
- Prepare statistics and reports to facilitate management review and decision
- Identify areas of improvement and initiate process re-engineering, policy / procedure review and work with different stakeholders to ensure smooth change management and uplift of staff competence during the deployment of new systems or work practices
- Develop and execute various initiatives to strengthen HR engagement
- Participate in working groups for HR projects and other transformation initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
- Good command of written English and Chinese
- Sound knowledge in Employment Ordinance and related legislations
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Good communication and problem solving skills as well as the ability to think proactively and work under tight schedule independently
