Job Description
Our client is seeking a Hands on
M365 Engineer to join its
Digital Workspace Operations team, with strong exposure to regional collaboration across Asia. You will play a key role in managing and enhancing enterprise messaging and identity infrastructure, supporting strategic transformation initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage Microsoft Exchange infrastructure (on-prem / hybrid / O365 as applicable)
- Oversee email flow, including inbound/outbound routing and optimisation
- Manage and enhance email security components (e.g., gateways, filtering, protection)
- Support and maintain Active Directory (AD) for authentication and identity management
Project Work
- Deliver strategic transformation initiatives across messaging and identity domains
- Participate in regional and global infrastructure projects
- Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in Email Systems:
- Microsoft Exchange
- Email flow architecture
- Email security gateways
- Solid hands-on experience in Active Directory:
- Authentication mechanisms
- Configuration and integration (beyond basic user access support)
- Background in Financial Services (FS) environment
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (business communication)
