Pros: They offer a pretty decent hybrid model, usually 3 days in the San Francisco office. For Software Engineer roles, you can often arrange your in-office days which helps a lot. It's not fully remote, but it's a solid WFH policy for the most part.
Cons: Some teams have way less flexibility; it really depends on your manager's style. There's definitely pressure to be in, so it's not truly flexible if you want to be fully remote. It can be tough if you don't live close to the office.
Advice to Management: Standardize the hybrid model across all teams to ensure fair treatment. Give managers clearer guidelines on flexibility expectations, especially for remote workers or those commuting to the San Francisco office often.
