Field Service Tech Life is Pretty Rigid
Pros: You really learn a ton about **automation solutions** and get to work with cool tech. The team in the **Dublin, Ireland** office is supportive when you're dealing with a tough **onsite deployment**.
Cons: **Work flexibility** is almost nonexistent, especially as a **Field Service Technician**. Forget about **remote work**; you're basically tied to client sites and travel. Schedules change fast in this **startup environment**, making personal planning a nightmare.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into giving **Field Service Technicians** more predictable schedules or some kind of flexible support options. It'd make a huge difference for keeping people in these critical **robotics industry** roles.
