Pros: You'll learn a lot working on the line processes. It's a solid, stable corporate manufacturing company. As a Process Engineer, you get good hands-on experience here.
Cons: There isn't much room to move up. Promotions are rare, especially for roles in industrial textiles. You often have to leave to find real career advancement.
Advice to Management: Consider creating clearer career paths and more opportunities for internal promotion. It would help retain good talent.

Pros: As a Manufacturing Engineer, the base salary for this onsite role in the Charlotte, NC plant is pretty competitive for hook and loop manufacturing. Health insurance plans are decent, not bad at all. The 401k match kicks in after a year and it's a solid benefit.
Cons: Annual raises are usually just cost-of-living, barely. It's really hard to get a significant pay bump unless you move to a totally different role. The bonus scheme is kind of a mystery, and it's often disappointing.
Advice to Management: Focus on making annual compensation reviews more substantial and clear. Better explain the bonus program and how it ties to individual performance. Transparency would help a lot.
