EXAMEN DE CONFORMITÉ FISCAL (ECF) : NOUVEAU SERVICE A VOTRE DISPOSITION AGANOT vous propose un nouveau service qui consiste à se prononcer sur la régularité fiscale de 10 points de contrôle prévus dans un chemin d’audit (Décret 2021-25 du 13.01.2021). Cette prestation contractuelle se soldera par l’envoi d’un compte rendu de mission spécifique (CRM) à l’administration fiscale au plus tard le 31 octobre de l’année suivante soit pour un ECF sur 2021 avant le 31.10.2022.
