Pros: Work-life balance is pretty decent most of the time for CRAs. You can usually stick to 40-hour weeks if you're efficient with your clinical trial tasks. Being in the Paris office means I don't commute too far, which helps.
Cons: Some urgent regulatory affairs deadlines can make for really long days and weekends. It's tough to plan personal stuff during these periods. The hybrid model means you're still in the office a lot.
Advice to Management: Management really needs to look at project planning better to avoid those intense crunch times. It's hard on the team, especially for those of us handling multiple clinical trials. More support for regulatory affairs submissions would help a lot with balancing the workload.
