Our vision?
We believe in optimizing the overall user experience that puts the user at the center to adapt to their needs and journeys. We help our clients to offer personalized and consistent experiences across their various touchpoints (websites, apps, emails, notifications, physical stores).
Now more than ever, users are waiting for these new interactions and personalization tools have multiplied, we are here to turn this idea into reality 🙂
How do we put this into practice? By following 4 axes!
Pros: It's good that Welyft embraces a hybrid model for engineering roles. I can mostly work from home, which is a big plus for a tech startup. There's some flexibility in daily start and end times too.
Cons: The core hours are pretty strict, which makes deep work harder for software development sometimes. It's tough to truly step away when you have those specific windows. True work-life balance is a struggle because of it.
Advice to Management: Look at relaxing the core hours, especially for remote software development. It would help with employee autonomy and trust.
