The team I work with is collaborative and helpful, making day-to-day tasks much smoother. The flexibility to occasionally work remotely or adjust hours is also a significant benefit, especially given the commute in Paris.
Cons: While there's flexibility, the pathways for career growth aren't always super clear. Sometimes, I feel like opportunities for advancement or taking on more complex projects could be better signposted. Also, while the immediate leadership is good, broader company strategy communication could be more transparent and frequent.
Advice to Management: Enhance internal communication regarding career progression paths and company-wide strategic goals to foster more engagement.
