Pros: The biggest plus is the flexibility offered. I could largely set my own hours and work remotely, which was essential for maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The team was always supportive, and I learned a lot about project management and client interaction within the information services sector. Management was generally hands-off, trusting us to deliver.
Cons: Career growth could be more clearly defined. While I learned a lot, formal paths for advancement weren't always apparent, and sometimes project assignments felt a bit ad-hoc. Compensation is fair but doesn't necessarily stand out in the industry. Some internal processes could be streamlined to reduce administrative overhead.
Advice to Management: Consider establishing more transparent career ladders and development programs. Streamlining some internal workflows could also boost efficiency and employee satisfaction.
