Pros: The best part of working at TABOBINE has been the flexibility. Being able to manage my schedule and work remotely for a good portion of the week really helped my work-life balance. The team I worked with was incredibly supportive and always willing to help each other out, which made tackling challenging projects much easier. There are good opportunities to learn and grow in this tech consulting role.
Cons: While flexibility is high, internal processes could be more streamlined. Sometimes, communication between departments felt a bit slow, leading to minor delays. The pay and benefits package, while decent, isn't the most competitive in the Paris market for this level of responsibility in the IT sector.
